This training program is designed as a practical educational framework focusing on construction industry work standards, the implementation of a safety culture, effective communication, and discipline, as well as an introduction to the work culture at Japanese project sites.
Training & Education
1. Safety Rules & K3
Training on workplace safety behavior, risk awareness, the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and the implementation of a safety briefing culture as part of the work routine.
2. Japanese Construction Mindset
Introducing Japanese construction work culture values—such as punctuality, respect, cleanliness, proper reporting, and discipline in fieldwork.
3. HORENSO & 5S
Providing an understanding of the HORENSO concept (Houkoku, Renraku, Soudan)—covering reporting, communication, and consultation—as well as the application of the 5S principles (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke) to create an organized, clean, standardized, and sustainable work environment.
4. Basic Japanese for Site
Learning basic vocabulary commonly used in construction projects—including greetings, work instructions, and simple communication—to support daily activities in the field.
Quality Mindset
Building an understanding of the importance of work quality, attention to detail, accuracy, and the prevention of errors (rework) to ensure work is completed according to standards.
Teamwork & Discipline
Developing a professional attitude through character building, responsibility, teamwork, discipline, and the fundamentals of leadership in the workplace.
